BTH Components - Case Study

Updated: Jul 22, 2021

Components for 21st Century Ignitions Systems

Technifast’s engineering team has a valued and established working relationship with BTH Components, formerly BTH Magnetos, who manufacture modern electronic ignition systems for vintage motorbikes and Morgan cars, which offer reliable starting of the vehicle in all weather conditions.

How Technifast Helped:-

Technifast’s manufacturing division is dedicated to producing small and complex turned parts for many industries. BTH Components wanted to work with a dependable component supplier who could manufacture the drive pins, studs, standoffs, pillars, keys and coil cores that form crucial parts of the Magneto system.

Technifast was first involved with BTH Components after a meeting at their sister company, Grove Classic Motorcycles, between Peter Nugent of BTH, and Technifast’s Managing Director, Louis Speed.

Peter commented, “Louis showed a great interest in BTH and our products and invited me to the Technifast headquarters to view the facility. I was very impressed with both the set-up at Technifast and the speed in which they responded to my enquiries.”

A Reliable Service For BTH Components Customers:-

“BTH may be a small business, but we have many customers who are looking for a Magneto system to enhance their classic motorcycles and Technifast have consistently supplied high quality components to ensure we can offer a reliable, professional and affordable service to our customers.” Peter added.

“I would have no hesitation in recommending Technifast – in fact I have already done so with several of my customers. I look forward to my continued business relationship with Louis and the Technifast team.”
