Technifast's range of threaded spacers are commonly used to create a space at a given distance between two objects. Technifast supply a broad range of both hexagonal and round threaded spacers, commonly also known as threaded pillars or standoffs. Hexagonal spacers are available in nickel plated brass, stainless steel grade AISI 303 and steel with a bright zinc and clear passivate finish. Round spacers are available in mild steel, bright zinc plated and stainless steel grade A2. We also a fully bespoke threaded spacer manufacturing service, to ensure your unique requirements are met. Threaded spacers form integral components in a wide variety of applications and industries such as automotive, aviation and electronics. One example of a typical application for threaded spacers is usage on PCB motherboards, we stock computer connectors with 4.40 UNC threads. These have a range of male thread lengths.


  • MA - Mild steel, grade S300Pb, zinc and clear chromate finish
  • ML - Brass, nickel plated
  • MI - Stainless steel (stocked in M3 & M4). Larger sizes can be manufactured to order.
