By placing an order with Technifast Limited, you are accepting our terms and conditions of sale.

1. Item(s) quoted are subject to change due to raw material costs, parts being unsold and customs clearance.

 

2. The customer is responsible for ensuring their request for a quotation or any purchase order includes accurate and complete specifications and drawings. Technifast shall provide a quotation based on its understanding of the applicable specifications and / or drawings supplied by the customer. The customer shall ensure that that the quotation received from Technifast meets their specifications before a purchase order is submitted.

3. Delivery dates quoted on any documentation are an approximation only. Best endeavours will be made to meet quoted delivery dates and improve where possible, however, Technifast will not be liable for changes in delivery dates.  Customers may be subject to a handling charge if they wish to cancel an order for parts that have come into stock sooner than anticipated.

4. For UK Mainland orders, a minimum order value of £10 applies.  A minimum line value of £2.00 applies.  All other countries, price on application.

5. All prices are quoted excluding Value Added Tax. Value Added Tax will be added to all invoices to United Kingdom customers.  Delivery options and charges also apply:

   a. Standard Carriage & Packing: £7.50 for most UK mainland business addresses* / £30.00 for Northern Ireland

   b. Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery: From £10.00*

   c. European Union: DAP*

   d. Rest of World: Ex Works*

6. For any shipments outside of mainland UK, we require an EORI number to be able to ship.  Without this information, shipments may be delayed further than necessary.

 

7.Should additional services be required, charges apply:

    a. Certificate Of Conformity: £10.00

    b. Zinc Plating: £50.00

    c. Phosphate Plating: £50.00

    NB If any other additional services or certification is required, please ensure this is requested at time of enquiry for Technifast to be able to quote accordingly.

8. All invoices shall be paid in full by the end of the month following delivery.

​

9. Goods shall remain the property of Technifast Limited until full payment is received.

​

10. Goods may only be returned by written agreement, other than where Technifast has supplied incorrect parts against a written order.

​

11. Technifast reserves the right to charge for handling of goods where the customer wishes to return parts through no fault of Technifast.  This must be agreed in writing before any goods can be returned.

​

12. No claim for consequential loss or damage shall be accepted.

​

13. Technifast will not accept any claims for incorrect parts being supplied unless notification is received in writing within three months of despatch.

​

14. Cancellation or return of manufactured parts, special parts, large volume orders or orders over £200.00 will not be accepted once an order is placed, without prior written agreement and may be subject to a cancellation charge.
